What data do you collect?

When you set up your account, we collect the data you share during registration (such as first name, email, department details and explicit consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use).

When you complete a health assessment, we also collect and process the personal health data you share with us, so we can personalise your experience on the platform.

The health data we collect comprises; physical health, activity levels, sleep, mental health, nutrition, hydration, alcohol, smoking and energy levels. We do not collect medical history or request access to health records.

All your data is stored securely (with encryption) behind next-generation firewalls in MS Azure hosted servers. All our systems/applications are routinely penetration tested. We are also ISO27001 certified, which is an internationally recognised gold-standard for information security management. Further details can be found within our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
