Can my employer see my data?

No. Only you can see your personal health data within your account.

Your employer can only view an aggregated, high-level, fully anonymised summary report, from which you can never be identified. The purpose of this report is to help your organisation provide targeted support and benefits at a company level to improve workplace wellbeing.
