What happens to my data?

We process your personal data for two purposes:

  1. To provide you with fully confidential access to your personal health report and personalise your journey within the platform. For example, recommending content, tools, features, and resources based on the answers that you give. Only you can access and view your personal health report. Your employer can never access or view your personal data.
  2. As an employee, your data will also contribute to an aggregated and fully anonymised workforce summary health report. This helps your organisation to understand the health of the workforce and better support employee wellbeing. Your individual results will never be identifiable within this workforce summary report. Friends & Family data will not be processed in this way and therefore will not contribute to the information contained within the workforce summary report.
