I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Don't worry, resetting you password is easy. Please follow the steps below:

  • After entering your access code, click "Forgot password?" under the sign in button

  • Enter the email address you used to create your Champion Health account and click Send email

  • You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password (this is valid for 1 hour only - if you do not click on the link within this time, you will have to request a new link)
  • Clicking the link takes you to a page where you can reset your password

If you don't receive the password reset email, please check your junk folder (and make sure to add 'info@championhealth.co.uk' to your safe senders list).

Please note, this password reset process is only for people who have created an account directly with Champion Health (using the email/password route). If you sign in with Microsoft, Google or Okta, you cannot request a password reset through our system.

In this case, please contact your email provider directly.
