What is the technical support process?

If you've been unable to troubleshoot your problem using the information in our articles, you can email us using the Technical Support beacon in the bottom right of your screen.

Please note: If you have a VPN enabled with ad blockers, you might not be able to see our beacon. If this is the case, please email us at technical@championhealth.co.uk.

Once we've received your email, one of our team with pick up your query and look into the problem for you. We aim to respond to your initial query within 24 hours.

Depending on the complexity of the issue, we might reach out to you and ask more questions, or pass the question onto our development team for further investigation.

Whatever the issue, we'll keep you posted every step of the way until it's resolved.
