Can I change my email address?

Absolutely - changing your email address is easy.

Once you've logged into the platform (on desktop or mobile app), head to your profile by clicking the profile picture in the top right of your screen. Enter your new email address in the Email address field. Don't forget to save your changes!

The next time you login, remember to use your updated email.

Please note, if you created your Champion Health account via Microsoft or Google SSO, you cannot change your email address on our system. If your SSO email has changed, please contact us using our Technical Support beacon in the bottom right of your screen and we can look into this for you.

Please note: If you have a VPN enabled with ad blockers, you might not be able to see our beacon. If this is the case, please email us at technical@championhealth.co.uk.
