How do I reset/create my 4-digit passcode?

Resetting your 4-digit passcode is easy but due to security reasons, you need to reset your password at the same time.

To reset your 4-digit passcode, follow the steps below:

1. Click Sign in
2. Enter your access code

3. You will need to log in up until the point when it requests the Pin code, then click "forgot passcode"

   

   
   

4. Enter your email address and click "Send email":

   

5. You will then receive an email, click on the link it provides, you will have to input your company code and then login with email and password.

6. And then you can finally set the new passcode:

   

   
   
7. Create your new 4-digit passcode
8. Confirm your new 4-digit passcode
