How can I update my password?

If you have created your Champion Health account using your email address and a password (i.e. not via Microsoft, Google or Okta SSO), you can update your password in your profile.

  1. Open your profile by clicking your Profile picture in the top right
  2. Click Security
  3. Fill out the reset password fields and click Change Password
To change your password, navigate to the Security section of your Profile

You can also update your password by using the password reset feature. Do this by signing out of your account and clicking the Forgotten Password button on the sign in page.

Please note, we cannot reset your password if you use Microsoft, Google or Okta to access the Champion platform. Instead, please contact your email/account provider directly.
