How do I log back into my account?
To log back into your account, follow the steps below:
1. Open the mobile app (or open the platform on desktop)
You can download the Champion Health app from the App Store or Google Play. This is quick and easy to do, and offers the best user experience if you're on a mobile device.
2. Enter your access code
You will need your access code each time you sign back into the platform (on desktop and mobile app). Your access code will be included in any correspondence sent by your employer (or in your invite sent by your friend or family member).
If you can't remember your access code, you can request an access code reminder. We will then send your access code to the email address on your Champion Health account.
3. Click Connect and enter your sign in credentials
Once you click Connect, you will see the login methods available to your organisation.
This could include email and password fields, single sign-on (e.g. Continue with Microsoft, Google or Okta) or a combination of both. Please check you are using the correct sign in method for your account (i.e. the one you used to register for your account with).
If you can't remember your password, you can request a password reset. Please note, we cannot reset your password if you use Microsoft, Google or Okta to sign into the Champion platform (please contact your email provider directly).
