How do I find my access code?

You will need your access code to register for a Champion Health account and each time you sign back into the platform (on desktop and mobile app).

Your access code will be included in any correspondence sent by your employer (or in your invite sent by your friend or family member).

If you can't remember your access code when signing back into the platform, you can also request an access code reminder from us. This will trigger an email with your access code included to the email address on your Champion Health account.
