How do I create a Champion Health account?
Registering for our platform is easy. You should have received details on how to register from your employer (or friend/family member). Usually, this information is shared in an email.
Please note, in most cases, you will need your access code to register. You can find your access code on your original invite, the promotional material shared by your organisation, or you can ask your employer directly.
Registering on desktop
To register on desktop, simply follow the unique link shared with you as part of your invite (e.g. join.championhealth.co.uk/examplecode). If you don't have this link, you can go to the Champion Health platform and enter your access code directly.
You will then be taken through the registration process, which includes accepting our terms and conditions and setting up a passcode (for two-factor verification).
When creating an account, don't forget to select Not a member? Sign up before continuing (if you try to sign in without creating an account, it will show an error message!)
Registering on mobile
If you are registering on a mobile device, we strongly recommend downloading the Champion Health app from the App Store or Google Play. This is quick and easy to do, and offers the best user experience. Once downloaded, click Sign In and enter your access code.
You will then be taken through the registration process, which includes accepting our terms and conditions and setting up two-factor verification (passcode or biometric authentication).
When creating an account, don't forget to select Not a member? Sign up before continuing (if you try to sign in without creating an account, it will show an error message!)
