What is an access code and why do I need one?
To register or sign into the Champion platform, you will be asked for your access code.
Unique to your organisation, your access code ensures only eligible employees can sign up to the Champion platform. Once entered, it also allows us to personalise your experience of the platform in accordance with your organisations requirements (e.g. personalising your login options or sharing company-specific wellbeing services).
If you are a friend or family member, your access code is generated as part of your invitation. This means your code is unique to you - so do keep it safe!
But don't worry if you forget your code. You can request an access code reminder here, quickly and easily. However, this only works if you already have an account with us.
If you don't have an account, please reach out to your employer (or friend and family member who gave you access) in order to confirm your access code.
