I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
Firstly, make sure you have your access code to hand. You need your access code each time you sign into the platform, on both mobile app and desktop.
If you can't remember your code, you can request a reminder by clicking Forgot access code? Request code near the bottom of the page. Enter the email address associated with your Champion Health account and we can email your access code directly to you.
Once through to the sign in page, please check the following:
- It might sound obvious, but first make sure you have created an account (if you try to sign in using an email/password for an account that doesn't exist, an error will appear)
- Make sure you are using the correct sign in method for your account (i.e. the one that you used when registering - either your email/password or Microsoft/Google/Okta account)
- If you registered with an email/password but can't remember your password, you can reset it here (if you don’t receive the reset email straight away, remember to check your spam folder)
- Check there are no spaces before your email address or password
- If you're on a mobile device, try downloading the app instead of using your mobile browser
- If you’re on desktop, check you are using a modern browser, such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox (avoid using older browsers, such as Internet Explorer)
If you try all of the above and you are still having difficulty logging in, please contact us using our Technical Support beacon in the bottom right of your screen.
