Why do I keep getting logged out of my account?

Each time you log in to your account a session token will be generated. This is like a count down timer and once it runs out our app will log you out and you will need to log back in. Session tokens differ on the web application, mobile app and log in methods, so please see expected time frames below:

If you are using the Web application , your session token will last 3 days and after 3 days you will be asked to log in again.

If you are logging in via SSO on the Mobile app, your session token will last 28 days and after 28 days you will be asked to log in again.

If you are using your Email and Password to log in on the Mobile app, your session token will last 90 days and and after 90 days you will be asked to log in again.
