How do I accumulate Mindful Minutes?

Mindful Minutes can be accumulated in two ways:

  1. By watching or listening to Mindfulness, Meditation or Breathwork content on the mobile or web app. These "in-platform minutes" are submitted automatically
  2. Manually, by adding your off-platform minutes into the Mood tracker (these minutes are made up of the time you spend doing mindfulness practices outside of the Champion Health app, like meditation)
