Why isn’t my challenge data showing on the leaderboard?

Your challenge results might not be showing on the leaderboard if you haven't agreed to the join it by switching the "Include my results" toggle to "On" yet.

Switch the toggle to "on" and your results will be added to the leaderboard.

If you are still having issues, please contact us using our Technical Support beacon in the bottom right of your screen.

Please note: If you have a VPN enabled with ad blockers, you might not be able to see our beacon. If this is the case, please email us at technical@championhealth.co.uk.
