Top 5 tips for troubleshooting sign in issues
Having trouble accessing our app? Try our 5 top tips!
- Are you logging in using the correct sign in method?
When you enter your access code, you’ll see all the sign in methods available to your organisation. Sometimes there’s more than one - so make sure you use the one you signed up with.
- Have you got the latest version of the app?
We release updates quite frequently, so make sure you’re always using the latest version of our mobile app. Most of the time, the app updates automatically, but if you're having issues, check your app store to make sure you’re on the latest version.
- Delete and re-download the app
If you've installed the most recent version of our app and you're struggling, delete your app, redownload it and try again.
- On the desktop? Clear your cache and cookies
Try clearing your cache and cookies (be sure to fully close your browser and reopen it after doing this), and make sure your browser is up to date. Clearing your cache will be particularly helpful if you’re having trouble logging in or you’re stuck on the sign-in page.
