As a friends and family member, how do I create an account?
To create an account, your friend or family member (known to us as an 'authorised user'), needs to send you an invitation. The invitation might look something like this:
"Hey, here’s your invite to join the Champion community! Follow the link below to get started, and discover hundreds of workouts, recipes, mindfulness and more... all in one platform!
To register on desktop:
- Click the link included in your invite - this link includes your access code (e.g. A123456), which you will need every time you sign back into the platform
- Once you have followed the link, you can choose to sign up with an email address and create a password, or register through Microsoft or Google
- If you set your own password, make sure it meets the necessary requirements (it must be at least 8 characters long, containing at least 1 uppercase letter, lowercase letter and number)
To register on mobile:
- Download the Champion Health app from the App Store or Google Play
- Click Sign in and enter your access code - if this is not specified in your invite, it is the code found at the end of your unique registration link (e.g. A123456)
- As this is the first time accessing Champion Health, click Sign Up at the bottom of the page (if you try to sign in without creating an account, it will show an error message)
- Choose the method to sign up (either an email address and create a password, or register through Microsoft or Google)
