How do I track my Hydration data?
Tracking the amount of water you drink each day is simple.
- Open your Hydration & Alcohol health area
- Click Track
- Click Hydration
- Use the + or - buttons to adjust your daily total
- Click Submit
Your data will then be added to your Results page.
If you are taking part in a Hydration challenge, you can add your hydration data into the tracker by using the "Add your results" button which is found in the "Your Progress" section shown below:
Once you've submitted your data, your results will also be visible in the leaderboard if you've chosen to join it.
