I'm having problems with SSO. What should I do?
Single sign-on (SSO) is a method you can use to register and sign into Champion Health. We currently offer three types of SSO: Microsoft, Google and Okta.
If SSO is available to you but you're having trouble registering/signing in, try the following steps:
- Check you are selecting the correct 'Continue with...' button that matches your SSO account (for example, if your email provider is Microsoft Office 365, select Continue with Microsoft)
- Check you are entering the correct credentials on the SSO site (we cannot provide support with password reset for your SSO email account)
- If you're on a mobile device, try downloading the app instead of using your mobile browser
- If you’re on desktop, check you are using a modern browser, such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox (avoid using older browsers, such as Internet Explorer)
If you try the above and still have an issue, please contact us using our Technical Support beacon in the bottom right of your screen.
