How does friends and family access work?

Friends and Family Access enables employees (authorised users) to share platform access with up to 3 friends or family members. You’re an authorised user if your organisation has paid for and provided the Champion Health platform to you as a benefit. 

As an authorised user, you can invite your friend or family member to create an account by sending them an invite link. The invite link can be generated in you Profile section. Please see below:

  • Click Invite on an available tile
  • Enter the Friend or Family members name

  • Then click Generate link
  • Click the link in the Share link field


  • Send it to your friend or family member and you're done!

Please note, your friend or family member must be over the age of 16 to use the platform.

Your friend or family member can then sign up to the platform with the link/registration code you share with them. Once they have registered, their Pending label will disappear.

If you're having trouble with granting or gaining Friends and Family Access, please contact us using our Technical Support beacon in the bottom right of your screen and we can look into this for you.
