Off platform minutes and In platform minutes - what's the difference?

Whether you're using the tracker on your own or participating in a Mindfulness challenge, you'll see two types of results you can add to your Mood tracker:

  1. In-platform minutes: These are automatically entered into the tracker when you watch or listen to the following types of content on the Champion Health app:
    • Mindfulness
    • Meditation
    • Breathwork
    • Pause for Performance Programme

This content is available in the Mental Wellbeing health area or you can find it by searching "Mindfulness" in the Explore tab.

  1. Off-platform minutes: This is the amount of minutes you spend doing mindfulness activities outside the Champion Health app, like your personal meditation practice, mindful doodling, or journaling for example. You'll need to manually add these minutes to the mood tracker each day.

We recommend submitting your tracker results every evening to ensure all your daily mindfulness activities are recorded and added your streaks, goals, Challenge progress, and your Challenge leaderboard if you have chosen to join it.
