The Global Signposting Directory, compiled by Champion Health, brings together over 750 wellbeing services and helplines from across the globe into one freely accessible database.

In it you will find organisations that provide support across a range of health areas, including addiction, bereavement, mental health and domestic violence. You can also filter services by country to look for regional-specific support.

Whether you're looking for a 24/7 crisis helpline in Australia, or menopause support groups in Germany, explore our directory to find exactly what you need, when you need it.

What's more is that it's freely available to everyone - you do not need to be part of the Champion Health community or have a Champion Health account to access it.
