What content contributes to the mindfulness results?

During a Mindfulness challenge, your "In platform minutes" results are populated automatically when you listen to, or watch any of our mindfulness content on the app/platform, the following types of content will contribute to your "In platform minutes" results tracker:

  • Mindfulness
  • Meditation
  • Breathwork

The types of content listed above can be found throughout the Mental Wellbeing health area or by manually searching "Mindfulness" in the search bar of the Explore page.
