What content contributes to the mindfulness challenge results?

You can contribute mindful minutes by listening to, or watching content that's labelled mindfulness, meditation or breathwork. Content labels can be seen in the bottom right of each of thumbnail as shown below:

The types of content listed above can be found throughout the Mental Wellbeing health area or by manually searching "Mindfulness" in the search bar of the Explore page.
