How do I use the sleep timer?
Sleep timers are a useful tool when trying to get a good nights sleep. By using a sleep timer, the Sleep Story or piece of Sleep Music that you are listening to will turn off automatically, so you don't have to look at your phone to press pause.
You can set your sleep timer to pause all media once 5 minutes, 15 minutes or 30 minutes have passed. Watch the video below to see how this looks in the app (Sleep Stories and Sleep Music are found in the Sleep & Rest health area):
