What does "Days on target" mean?

"Days on target" is a metric we show you so you can see whether you are on target to reach your goal or not. This metric is calculated by comparing your daily progress with your most recent health assessment result.

For example, if your goal is to drink less alcohol, you are ‘on target’ each day you drink fewer units compared to your health assessment result.

If your goal is to improve sleep quality, it would count the number of days you achieved a higher sleep quality rating compared to your health assessment result.

You can check whether you’re on target daily using the health trackers.
