I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If you’re struggling to log into your account, check the following steps:

  • It might sound obvious, but first make sure you have created an account - especially if you are using single sign-on (SSO) with Microsoft or Google
  • Make sure you are using the correct sign in method for your account (i.e. the one that you used when registering). This will either be an email/password or Microsoft/Google SSO
  • If you registered with an email/password but can't remember your password, you can reset it here (if you don’t receive it straight away, remember to check your spam folder)
  • Check there are no spaces before your email address or password
  • If you’re on desktop, check you are using a modern browser, such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox (avoid using older browsers, such as Internet Explorer)
